No. DxMeds is an online personal import agent for generic medications. We arrange the import of genuine generics from licensed manufacturers for your personal use, with batch information provided on request.
- Personal-use quantities only: orders are limited to a maximum 90-day personal supply, in line with common personal-import guidelines.

What payment options are available?
We currently accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Pay online by Cards: pay by credit or debit card on the secure payment page of our payment partner Vamicode (processed by Razorpay). The amount is charged in US dollars. See the next question for step-by-step details.
- Credit card: pay by credit card through Robot Payment, our card processor in Japan. You will be redirected to complete the payment, and the final payment page shows the amount in Japanese yen (converted at the exchange rate at the time of payment).
- Direct bank transfer: transfer the amount directly to our bank account, using your order number as the payment reference. Your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared in our account.

How do I pay by card through Vamicode (Razorpay)?
You can pay securely by credit or debit card through our payment partner, Vamicode. At checkout, select “Pay online by Cards” as your payment method and click “Place order”. You will be redirected to Vamicode’s secure payment page, where your payment is processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Enter your card details there and complete the payment. Your bank may ask you to confirm it with a one-time password (OTP / 3-D Secure).
Once the payment is successful, you will be returned to our website automatically and see your order confirmation, and we will also send you a confirmation email. Your card details are entered only on the secure payment page and are never shared with or stored by dx-meds.com.
Please note:
- The amount is charged in US dollars (USD), the same total shown in your cart.
- Because the payment is collected by Vamicode, your bank or card statement will show “Vamicode” instead of dx-meds.com.
- Some banks may add a small international transaction fee, depending on your card.
- If your payment fails, or you are not redirected back to our website, please do not pay again. Contact us at info@dx-meds.com with your order number and we will check the payment status for you.
What are the fees and delivery terms?
Please note that this is an overseas delivery. Your order may be delayed by customs, and you must be informed of this. They come to the recipient and ask for permission to open the package.
