However, if the product you ordered is damaged or does not arrive during shipping, we will reship it free of charge. If you are still not satisfied after two resubmissions, you can apply for a refund.
It may take 4-12 business days from the date of order and payment. If your package has not arrived after 14 business days, you must contact us immediately by email or phone.
